This one’s a classic for a reason - a succulent v2burger patty paired with crunchy lettuce and dripping with aioli and tomato relish… say hello to your new house favourite!
1 pack v2burger
4 brioche buns, toasted
Baby cos lettuce leaves
2 large tomatoes, sliced
½ red onion, thinly sliced
4 cheese slices
Heat olive oil in a large frypan over medium-high heat and fry the patties until well browned on each side.
After cooking, remove pan from heat and top patties with slices of cheese, allowing cheese to melt slightly.
Spread aioli on base of bun and tomato relish on the lids. Top the base of the bun with lettuce, tomato and onion then the cheese-topped patties.
